This is a temporary role of up to three months, with the potential for full-time employment.
Job Summary:
Performs shipping, inspection and receiving of inbound goods and materials including parcels and freight.
Documents the inspection and receipt of materials in the procurement system to avoid Sable Offshore paying for materials never received.
Inputs the material receipt details in the shipping manifest system to save time when final manifests are prepared.
Repackages and clearly labels all inspected goods to ensure safe transport and delivery to the platforms.
Identifies non-conforming materials within quarantine process and communicates with the supplier or Sable Offshore to begin the resolution process.
Processes inventory transactions to prepare, document and ship stock materials to the platforms upon request.
Documents inventory movements in the Sable Offshore inventory system.
Assists with annual or monthly inventory counts and reporting to ensure accuracy.
Expected Hours of Work:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- This is a Non-Exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California law.
- Overtime, including extended hours, weekends, or peak operational coverage, may be required based on business needs.
- Meal and rest periods will be provided in accordance with California labor law.
