Our organization, a prominent healthcare provider in central Ohio, is looking to add an Adult Neuropsychologist to our Department of Neurology in Columbus, Ohio.
This role presents a fantastic chance to become part of a well-established neuropsychology practice within a growing Neuroscience Service Line. The primary workplace will be at our Grove City campus, situated just 12 miles from downtown Columbus. This facility is integrated with neurology, psychiatry, and neurosurgery clinics, fostering close collaboration with neuroscience professionals in the advancement of related programs.
The main focus of this position will be to deliver outpatient neuropsychological evaluation services, with the potential for involvement in additional clinical services based on personal interests. Referrals will mainly come from neurology, neurosurgery, and primary care, covering a clinically diverse patient population, including those with neurodegenerative disorders, stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), multiple sclerosis (MS), epilepsy, normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH), tumors, and medically complex cases.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology from an APA-accredited or CPA-accredited institution.
- Completion of a two-year Neuropsychology fellowship or residency.
- Eligibility for or attainment of board certification in clinical neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology or the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology.
- Possession of an Ohio psychology license by the start date.
