Calm Water & Bath is growing in Cherry Hill, NJ-and we're hiring a full-time, in-office Sales Manager to help us scale with serenity.

YOUR SCHEDULE
- Full-time, in-office in Cherry Hill, NJ, assisting all of South Jersey
- 9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional nights and weekends
It's a true 9–5 leadership role-you won't run leads or do ride‑alongs!
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR SALES MANAGER:
- Sales Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and develop a one‑call‑close sales team by setting expectations for demos, close rates, average ticket, and CX. Provide real‑time coaching through selective appointment shadowing (no running leads), review weekly KPIs and scorecards, and maintain a culture of accountability, optimism, and continuous improvement.
- Recruiting & Team Building: Recruit, interview, and hire top in‑home sales pros while building scalable onboarding, defining career paths, and retaining high performers through strong coaching, clarity, and a supportive, growth‑driven culture.
- Training & Development: Train reps in one‑call‑close frameworks, in‑home selling psychology, objection handling, pricing confidence, emotional intelligence, and trust‑based selling. Reinforce systems from Grasso University, Dave Yoho, and other legacy OCC methodologies through weekly sales meetings and ongoing skill development.
- Process & Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align expectations, ensure clean handoffs to production, maintain CRM accuracy and reporting, and continuously refine the sales process as the company scales.
OUR IDEAL SALES MANAGER
- 3+ years of in-home home improvement sales experience (bath, windows, roofing, remodeling, etc.)
- Experience with one-call-close selling
- Experience leading or mentoring sales reps (formal management preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with training frameworks like Grasso University, Dave Yoho, and other legacy one-call-close methodologies
