We are a growing pressure washing business seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Pressure Washing Technician to join our team for the busy season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is comfortable with physical labor.
Work is based on scheduled jobs and weather conditions, with the opportunity for consistent hours during peak demand. High performers may be considered for long-term or permanent positions.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or similar work
- Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
Compensation:
- $[20–35]/hour (based on experience)
- Opportunity for bonuses based on performance
- Tips from satisfied customers (when applicable)
Schedule:
- Temporary/seasonal position (spring–summer)
- Hours vary based on workload and weather
- Weekend availability may be required
