Clinical&nbsp;Program Director 
The Director will be overseeing the clinical services of a residential treatment facility catering to adolescents aged 11 to 17.
<ul>
<li>The salary offered ranges from $82k to $117k per annum</li>
<li>Schedule is primarily on-site, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed for family meetings, emergencies, or audits</li>
<li>Requires participation in on-call clinical rotation</li>
<li>401k and benefits and PTO</li>
<li>CEU reimbursement</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred</li>
<li>Master’s in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required</li>
<li>Current and active clinical licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of Virginia</li>
<li>Minimum 7 years of experience providing clinical services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.</li>
<li>Experience with Joint Commission accreditation and Department of Behavioral Health regulations. Certification or training in trauma-focused CBT, DBT, or other adolescent treatment modalities.</li>
<li>Experience with family therapy and system-based approaches.</li>
