This position will play a critical role in the human resources department, with providing support in the following areas:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by scheduling interviews, coordinating background screening, prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding.
- Assist with payroll process by reviewing timecards
- Heath benefits administration
- Leave of absence support
- Key administrative tasks supporting the HR department
The ideal candidate will:
- have excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- have strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality and to navigate sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
- be proficient with or adept at learning payroll, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar software systems
- be a team player
- experience in HR or related field (preferred, not required)
