Our client is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support operations in Fort Worth, TX. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of meetings, conference calls, and special events by managing scheduling, logistics, and the preparation of necessary materials. Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of Office Administration and Event Planning
- Must have solid typing score of 50+ wpm
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
- Must be available and comfortable with traveling within the United States, as needed
- Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; some Saturdays and Sundays may be required
