CSR is the first point of contact for current, former, and prospective customers that call in . Applicant must be of high integrity and have a great attitude. Must have experience handling multiple phone lines. Duties will include coordinating installations projects from start to finish and working with Installation staff to assure project is completed. This will include setting appointments with staff and customer, obtaining and handling all paperwork pertaining to project. This position also requires Marketing to our customers. Duties will include sending emails, and working with varies vendors for marketing and lead generation purposes. Applicant will also perform day to day office duties, copying, faxing, etc. May require attending home shows a few times a year. Helpful to have experience in Constant Contact. We provide company life insurance and pay half of medical. Dental and Vision Available. Paid company holidays and vacation.
