A well-established organization in Fresno is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts operational success, we’d love to connect with you.
As a key member of the accounting team, you will play an essential role in supporting the full accounts payable cycle, including:
* Reviewing and processing vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
* Preparing and executing check runs
* Maintaining and updating vendor records and files
* Assisting vendors and internal departments with invoice questions and reconciliations
What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of recent accounts payable experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and MAS-90
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
