In this hands-on production role, you’ll perform a variety of machine operation and quality assurance duties within a Just-In-Time manufacturing environment. This position offers excellent growth potential for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a long-term manufacturing career.Responsibilities• Operate and monitor thread rolling machinery and equipment to meet production goals
• Perform measurement and inspection checks to ensure parts meet quality standards
• Record production data, safety information, and preventive maintenance logs
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and perform tap changes as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas while following safety and housekeeping guidelinesQualifications and Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and written instructions
• Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
