We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) for a clinic-based ABA provider in the Bloomington, MN area.

Priority will be given to candidates who are currently certified or able to start immediately.

This position offers consistent daytime hours in a structured clinical setting, making it ideal for individuals seeking stability and long-term growth.

Position Details:

• Clinic-based setting

• Monday–Friday daytime hours

• Optional Saturday opportunities available

• Full-time hours available

• Competitive pay based on experience

Compensation:

• Behavior Technicians (BT): Starting at $20/hour

• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT): Up to $23/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

• Work directly with children in a clinical setting

• Collect data and track client progress

• Maintain consistent attendance and professionalism

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification OR willingness to complete training

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred

• Strong communication and reliability
