Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various types of machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce accurate parts.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machining issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in machining.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
