Werelooking for aPartnerships Executiveto become the nextdriver of growthin our organisationas we build ournetwork of partner clinicsand insurers.You will collaborate closely with our CEO and Head of Provider Partnerships toidentifyand approach decision-makers at prospective partner clinics. You will use your curiosity toexperiment withnew approachesto messaging and outreach to grow our partner pipeline,while using your attention to detail to ensure key partners and customers receivetimelyfollow ups and a seamless onboarding experience.Finally, you will learn frombeing deeply embedded in the oncology ecosystem, and use those insights to shape future products, services, and program improvements.

What You Will Do:

  • Identifyand introducenew provider partnersfor our home infusion program by:
  • Attending conferencesandevents,reading academic literature, and staying up to date with key industry developments toidentifypotential clinic partners.
  • Building relationships with key clinic partners across their medical, pharmacy,nursingand executive leadership functions.
  • Completing in-depth research on potential health system and private practice partners, including their challenges, motivations, andvolume.
  • Identifyingsuitable internal project champions at target clinics through research and networking.
  • Support our executive team in progressing payer customer relationships by:
  • Attending conferences and eventsto network with and share updates with both existing and potential payer customers.
  • Completing data analyses or vendor questionnaires to respond to customer requests.
  • Trackingthe completion of actions by executives/SMEs to ensure responsiveness to select payer accounts.
  • Contribute to the rapid growth of the organisations patient impact by:
  • Translatingyour practice-facing insights intoactionable recommendations for service improvements, pitch/communication improvements, and new productcandidates.
  • Developing systems and tools foridentifyingnew contacts and improving potential partner conversion rates.

Requirements The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, consulting, customer success,or a related commercial role, within the healthcare industry.
  • An understanding of theUS healthcare system, includingthe roles of health systems, physician practices, health plans, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Demonstratedexperienceidentifying,creatingand building new provideror health systemdecision-makerrelationships from zero.
  • An ability to write clear memos and presentations explaining products and services to partners and customers.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment wheremessaging, account information, and partnering processes are still being developed, and a curiosity to experiment withnewapproachesto partnership prospecting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiplecompetingpriorities.


Advantages It Would be Advantageous to Have:

  • Experience selling to, partnering with, or working within a health system, oncology practice, or health insurance payer.
  • An understanding ofvalue-based careor alternative healthcare payment models.
  • Experienceusing CRM and sales engagement tools such asHubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with oncologycare delivery.
