Responsibilities:
- Assess students needs and develop appropriate therapy plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure cohesive support for students
- Monitor and document students progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions
- Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding students needs and progress
