Our organization is experiencing rapid growth to better serve our expanding community. We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of a cutting-edge clinical practice in the Saratoga Springs area. We are in search of an Otolaryngologist to join our team and cater to our increasing patient base. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a physician who prioritizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term career development.
We have positions available at both our main office located in Albany and our new facility in Saratoga Springs.

Requirements:

Board-eligible or Board-certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation:
The initial salary for this role is set at $350,000, with the potential to earn up to $399,000 in the first year when including bonuses and benefits. Compensation is expected to increase in subsequent years, with additional bonus opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a clear route to partnership. Detailed compensation ranges and projections will be discussed during the interview process.
