We are in search of an Otolaryngologist to join our team and cater to our increasing patient base. We have positions available at both our main office located in Albany and our new facility in Saratoga Springs.

Requirements:

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

• The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

The initial salary for this role is set at $350,000, with the potential to earn up to $399,000 in the first year when including bonuses and benefits. Compensation is expected to increase in subsequent years, with additional bonus opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a clear route to partnership. Detailed compensation ranges and projections will be discussed during the interview process.
