We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC, requiring a minimum of one year of provider experience.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.
Additionally, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
In this position, the Advanced Practice Provider will deliver primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals. The goal is to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) tracks. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Salary Range: USD $109,300.00 - USD $127,580.00 / Year
