Job Summary:
Labor Finders of Austell is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time, on-site role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and hands-on experience using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office tasks, including filing, answering phones, and organizing documents

  • Use QuickBooks to handle invoicing, track expenses, and reconcile accounts

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping

  • Support scheduling, email correspondence, and general admin duties

  • Maintain organized and accurate digital and paper records

  • Work closely with the office manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations


Requirements:

  • Must be able to reliably commute to Lithia Springs, GA

  • Proven experience using QuickBooks (minimum 1 year preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Professional communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a small business or office environment

  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices

  • Experience handling vendor payments and tracking receipts
