Corporate Headquarters of very successful, global firm is interested in hiring HR Coordinator for their Greenwich, Connecticut office. This is a classic yet challenging administrative position. Join a vibrant team! Assist with coordinating recruitment process, including scheduling and arranging candidate travel; support employee engagement initiatives and trainings; oversee new hire onboarding logistics; respond to employment verification requests; assist with vendor invoices; complete background checks; and provide support with special projects.

Degree required, two years of HR experience is a plus. Strongly prefer financial services industry experience. Must have outstanding communication skills, good judgment and strong Word and Excel.

Five days in office but on occasional Fridays you will work from home; 45-hour work week, overtime eligible. $130K all-in to start. Global firm offers top benefits and great morale!
