Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position with variable shifts based on staffing needs
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced OR environments
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the perioperative process
- Ensure patient safety and surgical asepsis at all times
- Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals
- Accurately document patient information and procedural details
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families before and after surgery
