- Flexibility to float within scope as needed

Housing Details
- Typically a 1-bedroom apartment
- Available for move-in:
- No earlier than 72 hours before the contract start date
- No later than 24 hours after the contract end date
- Pets are not allowed
- Housing is generally intended for the traveler only
- Additional family members require facility approval
- Housing unit must be cleaned upon departure
- Additional cleaning fees may be billed if cleaning requirements are not met
Vehicle Information
The facility provides a rental vehicle or facility-owned vehicle for use during the assignment.
Vehicle Requirements
- Available:
- No earlier than 72 hours before the contract start date
- No later than 24 hours after the contract end date
- Only the traveler is authorized to operate the vehicle
- Traveler must provide:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Insurance
- Personal auto insurance policy must include rental car coverage
Vehicle Usage Guidelines
- Vehicle is intended for local transportation only
- Vehicle may not be used:
- Off-road
- Outside a 30-mile radius of the facility
- If the traveler takes time off during the assignment:
- The vehicle must be returned during the leave period
- A replacement vehicle will be issued upon return
- Tire chains are available at an additional cost billed to the traveler
- Vehicle must be returned:
- Cleaned
- With a full tank of fuel
