BekaertDeslee is the world’s leading specialist in the development and manufacturing of mattress textiles, mattress covers and on trend sleep solutions with U.S. operations in Winston-Salem, NC. BekaertDeslee develops stylish and smart mattress fabrics that will inspire, comfort and protect you during the night.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts according to a predetermined schedule (e.g., ABC inventory method).

Compare physical inventory counts to system records (WMS or ERP).

Investigate inventory variances and report root causes (e.g., mislabeling, theft, mis-picks).

Document all cycle counts, discrepancies, and adjustments.

Collaborate with Inventory Control, Receiving, and Shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety standards.

Assist in inventory audits and full physical inventory counts as needed.

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., RF scanner, pallet jack, forklift) safely and efficiently.

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

BekaertDeslee USA employs about 290 persons and manufactures and sells mattress ticking to the abovementioned markets from its 270,000 sq. ft. plant and 171,000 sq. ft. warehouse. The plant consists of two main buildings with a preparation department for the production of weaving beams, a weave room with 40 jacquard looms, a knitting department with 45 circular knitting machines, a finishing department with 2 Tenter frames and a hot-melt machine, and other necessary equipment and a warehouse.
