Job Summary
We are hiring responsible, energetic individuals for dog-walking and pet-care routes. This is a W2 employee position with consistent work, supportive leadership, and room for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Walk multiple dogs at once and maintain full control
- Follow client instructions and keep routine consistency
- Communicate clearly with clients and management through our app
- Complete scheduled cat drop-in visits
- Arrive on time and manage your route independently

Requirements
- Physical Ability: Able to walk 3–10 miles per day in various weather
- Transportation: Dependable car and valid driver’s license; must be able to transport animals in emergencies (no motorcycles or bikes)
- Location: Must live within 15 minutes of South Tampa
- Smartphone: Used for scheduling, GPS, and communication
- Reliability: Excellent time management and punctuality
- Comfort with All Breeds: No breed restrictions
Availability
Please include your exact weekly availability in your application. We are seeking candidates who can work midday, evenings, weekends, or a mix of all 3 - we will schedule based on your stated preferences.
