Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized nursing care in an Interventional Radiology setting, supporting both acute inpatient and elective outpatient populations within a well-equipped cardiovascular lab. This role demands readiness to respond to emergency procedures during off hours, weekends, and holidays, contributing to a multidisciplinary team of physicians, registered nurses, and radiology technologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with angiograms across multiple systems and peripheral revascularization.
• Manage placement and maintenance of hemodialysis catheters, nephrostomy drainage tubes, gastrostomy, and jejunostomy tubes.
• Support central line placements and vascular access procedures, including port placement and integrity checks.
• Administer pain management interventions, paracentesis, and thoracentesis.
• Provide pre- and post-procedural care for renal, liver, lung biopsies, and carotid stenting.
• Collaborate with a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics.
• Document care effectively utilizing Cerner and McKesson EMR systems.
• Adhere to hospital dress code by wearing provided scrubs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure with specialized Interventional Radiology nursing skills.
• Experience in acute care settings, preferably within interventional radiology or cardiovascular labs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Comfortable responding to emergencies during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, particularly Cerner and McKesson.
• COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, with proof required upon application.
