Job Description:


The Process and SOP Specialist oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of process updates and SOPs for Tactile’s operational teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that all processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
  • Create, review, and update SOPs to ensure they reflect current practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, including utilizing Artificial Intelligence to streamline SOP management. Work with management to resource and implement approved concepts.
  • Documentation Management:
  • Maintain organized and accessible documentation for all processes and SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to utilize Enterprise-approved tools and repositories for document and policy management.
  • Support:
  • Provide support to team members on new and updated processes and SOPs.
  • Compliance Monitoring:
  • Ensure all processes and SOPs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare and present reports on SOP compliance and process performance to senior management. Ensure SOPs are aligned with goals and KPIs of operational teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualification:
    Education & Experience

  • Required:
    • Proven experience in process management and SOP development.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
    • Excellent communication and training abilities.
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    Preferred:

    • Six Sigma Certification or similar process improvement credentials
    • Previous experience within medical device (DME) or the healthcare industry

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in process management software and tools.

Hourly rate: $36


Contract Length: 6 months


Hours for the role: 8am– 4:30pm


Interview process: Initial in-person 45-minute interview Brittany at Minneapolis office. If we elect to move forward (not guaranteed), a virtual interview with two team members.


Work environment: A minimum of 2 days in-office per week and up to 3 days


Training period: We’re still working on this, but our hope is that we would have a candidate with lots of SOP experience, so the training would really be more about onboarding to Tactile. I would say this could be facilitated in alignment with the typical work environment (2 days in office, up to 3)
