Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced, team player to fill the position of Veterinary Technician at Crossroads Animal Clinic, located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. As a Veterinary Technician, you will assist in providing high quality care for animals, including performing basic medical procedures, monitoring anesthetized patients, and assisting veterinarians during treatments and surgeries. Equally important duties include educating pet owners, maintaining medical records, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The role also includes basic administration and ensuring compassionate care for clients and their pets. We work hard and like to have fun while doing what we love!
Qualifications
- Experience in Animal Care
- Proficiency in Veterinary Technology and Anesthesiology practices
- Strong skills in Client Education and communication
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide compassionate care
- Organizational and teamwork skills to support the clinic's operations
- Relevant certifications or prior experience in a veterinary clinic setting is required
- Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology or equivalent training is preferred
