The Partnership Manager is responsible for building, owning, and aggressively growing AB Global’s full partnership ecosystem, including ATS, HRIS, PEOs, HR buying groups, marketplaces, and strategic channel partners.
This is a revenue-driven role for someone who is hungry to build something meaningful. You will take partnerships from idea to execution, creating scalable programs that generate pipeline, close deals, and expand AB Global’s footprint across the HR landscape.
This role reports directly to the President and works closely with Sales, Product, Integrations, Marketing, and Operations.
Requirements:
Partnership Strategy and Program Ownership
• Develop and execute AB Global’s overall partnership strategy across ATS, HRIS, PEOs, HR buying groups, and strategic channels.
• Build scalable partnership programs that support long-term growth and recurring revenue.
• Identify white-space opportunities and emerging platforms within the HR ecosystem.
New Partner Acquisition
• Proactively source, pitch, and secure new strategic partnerships.
• Own outreach, negotiations, and partnership agreements from start to finish.
• Build a consistent inbound and outbound partner pipeline.
Revenue and Growth Accountability
• Drive measurable revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
• Establish KPIs for each partnership and hold programs accountable to performance.
• Forecast partnership growth and report results to leadership on a regular basis.
Partner Enablement and Relationship Management
• Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners.
• Ensure partners are fully enabled with training, collateral, integrations, and ongoing support.
• Maintain strong executive-level and day-to-day relationships with partner teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales to align on pipeline, deal strategy, and co-selling efforts.
• Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns, marketplace listings, and partner launches.
• Work closely with Product and Integrations teams to prioritize partner needs and roadmap alignment.
Program Optimization and Scale
• Continuously refine partnership programs to improve activation, utilization, and ROI.
• Identify underperforming partnerships and create action plans to improve or sunset them.
• Build repeatable processes that allow the partnership function to scale efficiently.
Qualifications Desired
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS partnerships, HR technology partnerships, or background screening partnerships.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive revenue.
• Experience working with or selling into ATS, HRIS, PEOs, or HR buying groups.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities.
• Direct experience with ATS, HRIS, or PEO ecosystems.
• Background screening or compliance-driven SaaS experience.
• Experience working in a high-growth or founder-led organization.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals.
