Role Summary
As an Occupational Therapist in Bel Air, MD, you will assess and support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional challenges, helping them participate fully in the school environment and meet educational goals.

Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Create and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams
Track and document student progress and adjust treatment as needed
Provide training and strategies to school staff

Requirements (Maryland)
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Maryland state licensure (OTR required)
School-based experience preferred
