Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff development.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Monitor patient care metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursing staff.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Utilize data analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care services.

Manage staffing schedules to optimize patient care and staff efficiency.

Encourage team collaboration to meet departmental targets.

Participate in strategic planning to achieve departmental goals.

Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly.
Experience/Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine with supervisory experience.

Proven ability to develop and implement training programs for nursing staff.

Experience in utilizing data analytics to improve patient care metrics.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
