Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all accounting functions and oversee day-to-day office operations at our office. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats, including responsibilities in accounting, HR administration, and general office support.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records, handling monthly and annual closing processes
- Supporting HR activities such as onboarding and employee recordkeeping, and coordinating vendor and facility needs.
- This position also provides administrative support to various departments and occasional assistance to employees relocating from Japan.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3–5 years of relevant work experience

CPA preferred

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
