Sales Manager – B2B (Path to VP of Sales & Operations)
Location: Atlanta, GA and Stone Mountain, GA
Compensation: Up to $100,000/year OTE (base + commission)
At LX Group, we’re building something bold—and we’re looking for a driven, strategic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta. This is a high-impact leadership role with a direct path to becoming our future VP of Sales and Operations. You’ll have the opportunity to build and scale a nationwide sales team, shape our go-to-market strategy, and help drive growth across our retail and wholesale channels.
If you’re a B2B sales leader with 5+ years of experience, ready to step into a role where your impact will be felt from day one, we’d love to meet you. Experience in the foodservice equipment/supply industry and Mandarin Chinese fluency are big pluses but not required.

What You’ll Do:
- Become the go-to product knowledge expert across the organization, especially for our private label products.
- Keep a close pulse on evolving customer needs to guide new product and service development, as well as enhancements to existing offerings
- Develop and execute a scalable B2B sales strategy targeting local restaurants, eCommerce wholesale platforms, and other foodservice dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities and high-value customer segments to drive revenue and margin expansion.
- Build and manage pricing strategies, sales targets, and promotional programs to grow share in retail and wholesale markets.
- Deepen relationships with top accounts through direct engagement, tailored service models, and consistent follow-up.
- Represent ATS Mfg. at key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen market presence and build new relationships.
- Establish account management processes and customer success KPIs to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Build and mentor a high-performing retail sales and wholesale distribution team across business segments and locations.
- Partner closely with branch manager and warehouse leadership to ensure inventory availability, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Establish training, performance management, and career development frameworks to scale talent.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and executive leadership to align business objectives and accelerate growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer in internal planning discussions and system upgrades.
