Our fast-growing, patient-focused dental practice is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) dental professional to train as our Treatment Coordinator. With a strong personality, great energy, and a natural ability to connect with people.
No Treatment Coordinator experience required — we will train the right person. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and ability to guide patients with confidence. A backfround as a Dental Front Desk or Dental Assistant would be perfect.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive, comfortable experience
- Clearly explain treatment plans in a way patients understand
- Help patients say “yes” to the care they need
- Discuss payment options and guide financial decisions
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients
- Build strong relationships and trust with every patient
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements
- What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable discussing money
- Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
- Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a big plus
- Career-driven and looking for long-term growth
- Willing to get X-Ray license
