Wells Brothers Inc., a family-owned industrial contractor with over 35 years of experience, is looking for a reliable and experienced Industrial HVAC Service Field Technician to join our growing Mechanical Division. What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance
- Respond to service calls and provide expert customer support
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
- Document service reports, material usage, and time logs accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
