Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $24/hr
- Location: Aurora, CO
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of material handling equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and turret trucks
- Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials within the warehouse
- Accurately pick orders and prepare shipments according to work orders or customer requirements
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, and documentation
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and turret trucks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, safety practices, and equipment handling
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (often up to 50 lbs or more)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
