Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound prospecting and referrals
Engage Spanish- and English-speaking clients professionally and confidently
Conduct coverage reviews and present personalized insurance solutions
Quote and close personal and commercial insurance policies
Maintain active pipeline tracking in CRM
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
Support cross-selling initiatives within the existing client base
Participate in local community and marketing outreach efforts
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outbound calls and proactive outreach
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups
Sales experience preferred
Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
