A physical therapist with telehealth experience is sought for a contract position serving K-12 students across six school districts in the Cohasset, MN area. This opportunity offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time work, providing essential support through the end of the current school year.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering physical therapy services in both in-person and telehealth formats tailored to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress to ensure compliance with established goals.
- Adapting therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs across multiple districts.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Licensed physical therapist with relevant state credentials.
