WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT…

  • Secure premium exhibit locations on convention floor plans, as well as meeting spaces and press conference rooms, when necessary
  • Complete online exhibit kits to secure carpet, electrical, on-site labor, and other necessary services
  • Create and revise exhibit and electrical layouts/drawings based on event requirements
  • Gather and inventory exhibit structures, graphics, marketing literature, giveaways, videos, and presentations prior to each event
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments to advance warehouses, storage facilities, convention centers, and hotels
  • Provide the Event Specialist and Event Lead with a detailed inventory of all shipments and delivery information prior to each event
  • Support on-site installation and dismantling of exhibits at select events (up to 4 per year)
  • Evaluate return shipments, inspecting all structures and marketing materials for future use
  • Maintain point-of-sale and product displays
  • Perform administrative tasks, including exhibit registration, securing event credentials, communicating updates to company leadership, and collecting event photos and videos, as needed

WE ARE ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO WORK…

  • We promote an environment where you can excel in your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Our facility is climate controlled, clean, organized, and safe. We operate in a professional, light manufacturing environment.
  • We foster a friendly and inclusive workplace in which all employees feel valued, respected, and accepted.
  • We are all on the same team. We communicate well with one another.
  • We believe anything worth doing is worth doing right – every time.
  • We have a fairly flat organizational structure which allows for improved collaboration, easier decision-making, and effective communication between leadership and employees.
  • We have frequent events to keep work interesting. Our food drive is super impressive, we have a food truck fest in the summer, monthly fruit/donut day, employee luncheons throughout the year, wellness challenges with incentives, and frequent ticket raffles for local sporting and cultural events.
