Job Summary:
Under the direction of, and reporting to the Branch Manager, Fill Plant Support is responsible in executing fill plant support services as instructed. This individual relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. This role may also assist in customer service/front desk sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for fill plant production
- Filling cylinders, verifying retest dates.
- Internal customer support
- Maintain Required paperwork and certifications
Customer experience
- Assist in training additional team members as needed.
- Monitor internal customer requests and order fulfillment
Employee Experience excellence
- Lead by Example
- Provide pertinent job training and provide a safe work environment to any new team members
- Directly report any issues to the branch manager to comply with safety requirements.
Minimize waste
- Minimize waste through attention to standard protocols and procedures.
Manage cylinder and GP inventory
- Keep the plant manager informed of any shortages or discrepancies in inventory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Experience and Certifications
- High School degree or equivalent, preferred.
- 1-2 years of industry experience, preferred.
- Experience working with high pressure cylinders, preferred.
Competencies:
- High level of ethics, honesty, and transparency
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to CM2 operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a good team-player, detail oriented and good at multi-tasking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and standard business equipment (phone, computer, copier/scanner etc.).
Work Conditions:
The work environment is primarily indoors. May have exposure to a variety of weather conditions when traveling outside of the workplace.
- This position includes light work, lifting up to 25 pounds, with frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Hear, speak, and effectively verbally communicate in the English language, including following oral and written instructions, in order to communicate with people inside and outside the organization.
- Apply manual dexterity, visual acuity and ability, for computer keyboarding, office equipment use.
