Healing Haven is a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build independence, functional skills, sensory regulation, and meaningful participation across environments.

What You'll Do
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments for program placement and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Utilize ongoing data analysis to modify treatment strategies as needed
- Supervise and support therapeutic programming
- Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to promote carryover across environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and quality of care
- Complete documentation, reports, and authorization-related communication with payors
- Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in occupational therapy and autism services
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current and unrestricted Michigan Occupational Therapist license
- Knowledge of autism and behavior analysis preferred, but not required
- Ability to maintain a clinical caseload of billable hours
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required
- Credentialing with major insurance providers preferred, but not required
