Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract role providing essential Occupational Therapy services to students across four high schools starting this fall. This is a unique opportunity to support a dynamic district as an onsite OT, covering a maternity leave for the 2026–2027 school year. Your expertise will play a vital part in fostering student growth and empowering learners to reach their highest potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services on-site within four high school settings
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to address students’ functional goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district guidelines
  • Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing OT insights to student progress and planning meetings

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Minnesota OT license (Documentation must be submitted with your resume for consideration)
  • Prior experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
  • Comfortable taking on a temporary, maternity leave coverage assignment
  • Effective communicator who thrives in collaborative, educational environments
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, able to balance caseload needs across multiple schools

Position Details:

  • Contract assignment beginning approximately 09/02/2026 to 02/01/2026
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday
  • Direct onsite service delivery required
