Mandatory Requirements
- Onsite only: Must be able to commute to the office full time; no remote or hybrid options available.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field (BS required).
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive construction experience in roles such as Estimator, Project Engineer, and/or Project Manager.
- Tenure & Stability: Must have at least one 3+ year tenure with a single employer within the past 10 years. Frequent job changes or consulting-only backgrounds will not be considered.
- Government work: Must have direct experience working for government or federal contractors. Candidates must provide a detailed project list including:

- Contract type (e.g., design-build, CMAR, IDIQ, JOC, etc.)

- Specific role and responsibilities
- Dates of involvement
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel to job sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with eCMS and Procore project management software.
- Ideal graduation year range: 1995–2015 (aligned with desired experience level).
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent public-sector projects.
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes, Davis-Bacon compliance, and public works documentation requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple government construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontracts, ensuring timely completion within cost and quality objectives.
- Oversee estimating, bidding, and proposal preparation for public works and federal contracts.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure design compliance, scope alignment, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards, QA/QC protocols, and contract compliance on all active projects.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost forecasts, and schedule updates to both internal leadership and client representatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal and state construction codes, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore or eCMS.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project engineers and assistant PMs.
- Participate in client meetings, inspections, and punch-list walkthroughs.
