Performance Bonus Opportunity

Houston, TX (Cypress 77065 & South Houston 77034)
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$15 – $18 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses ($1,500 – $4,000+ per month in additional bonuses)

Position Overview

We are a rapidly growing physician-led specialty medical clinic dedicated to helping patients find relief from chronic pain, arthritis, and vascular conditions using advanced minimally invasive treatments.

We are seeking an energetic, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator / Patient Consultation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with patients, coordinating care, and helping individuals move forward with treatment that improves their quality of life.

This position combines patient coordination, scheduling, and consultation support, making it a great fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and motivated by performance-based incentives.

Your role will be to guide patients through their care journey — from initial inquiry to consultation and treatment scheduling.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunity

This role includes a performance-based bonus structure designed to reward strong performance and patient engagement.

Bonus opportunities are tied to:

  • New patient consultations scheduled
  • Patient appointment show rates
  • Procedures scheduled after consultation
  • Top performers can earn $1,500 – $4,000+ per month in additional bonuses.

There is no cap on bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming patient calls, website inquiries, and referral leads
  • Schedule new patient consultations and procedures
  • Provide patients with clear information about the consultation process and next steps
  • Follow up with patients to ensure attendance at scheduled appointments
  • Coordinate procedure scheduling with physicians and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
  • Ensure clinic schedules remain organized and efficient
  • Serve as a patient liaison and advocate throughout their treatment process

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or other EMR systems
  • Experience in patient scheduling, coordination, or medical sales
  • Medical assistant or front desk experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required
