This in-office position will work in a fast-paced customer service department with incoming calls. Company offers excellent service to their customers and they need a new dedicated employee that cares about their company and its goals.
Team work is involved with every aspect of this position. Some of the job will require listening to customers concerns or issues, and taking detailed notes to be able to resolve it. Customer assistance with billing issue, troubleshooting a product issue, shipping/delivery dates updates, or any changes/upgrades to their service is significant part of the job. You will follow the process from beginning to end to ensure resolution for the customer, and confirm their satisfaction. Assist with current accounts, as well as new customers ready to set up an account. Product knowledge is key, and the company will provide you the details to have an excellent understanding of the products and services offered.
Experience in an office customer service role (not remote work) of at least 2 years, MS Office proficiency, touch typing in the 40wpm range, and excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to meet deadlines.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Exciting opportunity with a growing company. $22 to $23 per hour.
