Position: Carpenter Experienced – Post Frame / Pole Buildings / Barndominiums
Compensation:
- $30 – $50 per hour (based on experience and skill)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned carpenter with 5–10 years of experience who thrives in a hands-on, outdoor construction environment. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership on the job site, contribute to production, and help maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dirt work and site preparation
- Layout job sites and ensure accurate measurements
- Dig post holes and set/align treated posts or laminated columns
- Frame walls, girts, purlins, and roof systems
- Install engineered trusses and bracing systems
- Apply metal siding, roofing panels, trim, and closures
- Install doors, windows, insulation, and finishing components
- Maintain job site safety and organization
- Work collaboratively with crew to stay on schedule and maintain quality
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of carpentry or construction experience (post-frame or similar preferred)
- Strong understanding of framing, layout, and structural systems
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, roofs)
- Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons (Minnesota weather)
