Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, processing payments, collections, and improving cash flow
- Assist owners with government proposals, contracts, and submittals
- Organize records and information
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, collect mail, etc.)

- Previous experience in government contracts and invoicing
