<p>Responsibilities

<li>Handle litigation and arbitration proceedings for financial institutions at state, federal, and appellate levels.</li>
<li>Familiarity with and experience in cases involving:
<ul>
<li>Mortgage Servicing Litigation</li>
<li>Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA)</li>
<li>Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)</li>
<li>State Consumer Protection Acts</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services Capital Markets business unit.</li>
</ul>
