Key Responsibilities

• Direct Supervision: Manage and mentor staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and interns.

• Quality Control: Ensure the accurate compounding, labeling, and dispensing of medications.

• Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of pharmaceuticals, maintain optimal stock levels, and manage the disposal of expired or controlled substances.

• Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve pharmacy processes to reduce wait times and enhance patient safety.

• Clinical Counseling: Provide expert advice to patients on drug interactions, side effects, and dosage.

• Physician Liaison: Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and optimize patient therapy outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of NY

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting. Must speaking fluent Chinese.
