Job Summary:
The Delivery drivers deliveries and collections of printed materials, documents, and packages. The role includes handling items carefully, assisting with Proof of Delivery (POD), and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliveries and pickups.
- Verify instructions and obtain signatures for POD.
- Load, unload, and handle packages safely.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries.
- Follow assigned routes and adjust as needed.
- Adhere to all safety rules and company policies.
Qualifications:
Clean drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in delivery or similar work is a plus but not required.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to navigate the local area.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes.
- Comfortable walking, standing, and moving throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work in different weather conditions.
Work Environment:
- Mostly outdoor, fast-paced with frequent stops.
- Direct interaction with customers and staff.
