In a Human Resources job, you’ll be responsible for:
? Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new employees
? Preparing offer letters, processing rate changes, and handling terminations
? Maintaining employee records, managing HRIS data, and ensuring compliance
? Completing I-9 verifications and E-Verify processing
? Coordinating benefits administration, leave tracking, and payroll support
? Managing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable tasks as they relate to HR and payroll
? Supporting employee relations efforts and assisting with investigations
What you’ll need:
? Previous HR experience or related administrative experience
? Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law basics
? Excellent communication and organizational skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software/systems
