Johnson Service Group is seeking an Electronic Equipment Test Technician for a 12 month contract position in the Berkeley, MO area!
Contract Length: 12-Months (possible extension)
Contract Location: Berkeley, MO (63134)
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Desired Start Date: 10/03/25
First Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (100% onsite)
Selected candidates MUST be a United States Citizen and MUST provide their DOB (MM/DD) and complete a COI form via DocuSign in order to be considered.
Job Description:
Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems.
Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post test tear-down.
Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results.
Troubleshoots basic laboratory and test-related problems.
Works under close supervision.
Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on:
- We support many different programs by building electronic test equipment
- Contractor is expected to: Interpret Engineering Drawings, Select Tools and Material, Fabricate per Drawing
Training and mentorship will be provided
What are the Top 3-5 Technical/Software Skills needed to perform this role/job?:
Experience with electronic schematics and/or drawings
Experience with crimping, soldering, and using multimeter
Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge and work experience
Education:
- HS Diploma
- AA is not required, it is considered a plus
