Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Near Rossville, Maryland

A local school district near Rossville, MD is seeking a committed Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their collaborative team. This position offers the opportunity to support K12 students with diverse communication needs in a flexible and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals to meet student communication needs

• Provide speech therapy services in individual, small group, and classroom settings

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student engagement and progress

• Maintain thorough documentation compliant with district and state standards

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Caseload: Pre-K through 21 years old, serving students with mild to severe disabilities

• Certifications: Maryland SLP License and ASHA Certification required

• Start Date: New School Year
